Tawfik Shehata

Tawfik has cooked in many different restaurants in Canada and the Caribbean. Voted one of the “Top Ten New Chefs in Canada” by enRoute Magazine and featured on Food Network Canada, CBC, Rogers TV and SUN TV. In print in Canadian Living, City Bites, Tonic Magazine, Healthy Directions, Meetings + Incentive Travel and Huffington Post. A Media Spokesperson for Foodland Ontario, Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers Association, Turkey Farmers, Zwilling J.A. Henckles among others. Past and present recipe development opportunities include Foodland Ontario, Yorkshire Valley Farms and McCormick/Club House; and cooking and speaking engagements in Canada and the United States. Tawfik has also been fortunate enough to share his knowledge and experience through instructing at both George Brown and Humber Colleges as well as consulting for new and existing restaurants.
