Adam Wright

Adam’s culinary career spans over 23 years of long-term care, restaurants, hotels, food manufacturing and now teaching post secondary. His educational background is in culinary, project management and food science (molecular gastronomy). He is now working towards his MBA in Hospitality with the University of Guelph. Innovation and creativity drive him to develop new flavour combinations that have been used on menus and in stores across North America. His inspiration for creativity comes from experiencing food and drink pairings across the world and enhancing them with his Canadian flair.
